Enjoy a 40 minute guided tour of the New Harmony area with Historian Sheldon Grant who has written extensively on the area's history. This video was taken in 2002 on a field trip sponsored by the DUP Chapter of New Harmony.

This video is a keepsake as it was Sheldon's last guided tour. He points out the location of the first New Harmony settlement and the old pioneer roads that are still visible on the mountain sides. Sheldon relates humorous stories of pioneer life as well as their hardships and sacrifice.
